Natoyah Grinnon started her journey toward entrepreneurship with a vision of financial security, freedom, and the wise investor's time. To achieve this goal, she attended Bentley University in Massachusetts, focused on gaining more significant business and investment insights.

She took advantage of the opportunity to study the stock exchange and purchase a stock investment and a real estate probate course as they became available. For Natoyah, she despised probate - because of the process of probate and the emotional impact she witnessed for the family members of the deceased. She reflected on the weight of the heartbreaking experiences and committed to finding a better way toward investment growth.

This led Natoyah to research more traditional real estate purchasing options. She started to look into flipping homes and began attending Real Estate workshops in New York and online. After researching and attending various courses, Natoyah decided to commit to her future and took a leap; she cashed out her 401k savings and used it to buy mortgage notes. That was a decision she would come to cherish. As each mortgage note developed into a profit, changing the course of her life. Natoyah found her calling through divine directions, and today she partners in Real Estate Joint Ventures.
